(DVD Case)Clipping Mask.

when first started designing my poster, I researched a lot of other posters and I noticed something that is done by most designers in they artwork and this is themes. all designers seem to apply a theme to all they work.So my way of imitating this was to have the black hole background in all aspects of my work.To do this I had to use the clipping mask option which is done by making a copy of your background and then clipping the text to the words you will also have to makes sure your layers are set correctly .after I performed this I was very happy with the end product I got.


The only  minor problem I had was some of remaining the image was still being shown on the other side of my picture, to fix this I had to change some layers around and use the delete tool for and excess content i didn't need once this was done I was left with the image below.
